Overview

The Event Log page can be found in the 'Event Log' tab on the Subscribers page. It displays data aggregated on a per-property basis for the following subscriber events for the past 30 days.

  • Sent - Echobox has tried to send an email to the recipient address
  • Delivered - Echobox has successfully delivered an email to the recipient address
  • Bounced - The email was not successfully delivered to the recipient address
  • Opened - The recipient has opened the email
  • Clicked - The recipient has clicked on a link in the email

The time of the event (in the recipient's time zone), recipient email, event type, subject line and sender email are displayed.

The Event log can be used to:

  • Observe that Echobox is sending emails when you expect it to
  • To triage and resolve subscriber issues such as a subscriber receiving or not receiving emails
