FAQs
Q: Why is Number Warming Important?
A: New WhatsApp numbers are at risk of being blocked due to WhatsApp security protocols. "Warming" a number helps avoid this by gradually increasing activity to mimic natural, human behaviour.
More information can be found here.
Q: Can I add my WhatsApp number to multiple properties and assign different channels to each?
A: Yes, it is possible to add your WhatsApp number to multiple properties and assign different channels to each. Each property will be classified as one device, meaning a maximum of four properties can be connected to a single WhatsApp account.
Note: WhatsApp allows a maximum of four external devices to be connected to a single account. If you plan to connect additional devices (like a computer), you'll need to account for this limitation.
Q: Does the person making the connection need to be an admin or the channel owner, or both?
A: The person making the connection can be either an admin or the owner of the channel; both roles have the necessary permissions to set up the connection.
