Preparing to connect your Facebook account to Echobox

To connect or reconnect a Facebook page to Echobox, there are some prerequisites that must first be met. The user adding the page must have the full control level of access on the page being added. This can be found in the page settings.

If using Meta Business Suite then the user completing the connection must also have the full control level of page access which can be found in the page access settings of the Meta Business Suite page (figures 2 and 3) as well as full control over Business portfolio access (figure 4).
